Murcia has some wonderful golf courses and offers year round sunshine and warm temperatures.

Mar Menor Golf was the first golf course of the group of Polaris World in the Mar Menor area.

The first 9 holes were designed by Dave Thomas and the last 9 holes were designed by Nicklaus Design. The result of these designs are two different areas: The first 9 holes have fairways and narrow roughs, as well as generous greens protected by large bunkers and the water of the surrounding lakes. The second area is a typical Nicklaus style, with large fairways and wide roughs which will allow you to get better shots.

There is a spectacular lake that goes around the 13th, 14th and 15th holes, turning this part of the course into a greater obstacle.

There are also fantastic practice facilities, including a free to use driving range, putting green and chipping green. Tuition is also available.
